Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Record and produce studio-based podcast episodes and video content
- Manage all aspects of video and audio production from setup to final delivery
- Edit long-form content (podcasts, interviews) and short-form clips for social media
- Ensure professional audio and video quality across all productions
- Maintain and troubleshoot studio equipment (cameras, microphones, lighting)
- Collaborate with hosts and content team on creative direction
- Manage post-production workflows including color grading, sound mixing, and graphics
- Optimize content for multiple platforms (YouTube, Spotify, social media)
Requirements:
- Minimum of O'Level (WAEC/NECO) certificate
- Undergraduates, graduates, corps members, and working professionals are welcome to apply
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in: Video Production and Editing, Audio Recording and Post-Production,Studio Operations and Management, Content Production Workflows
- Proficiency in video editing softwares
- Strong technical knowledge of cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
- A strong desire to stay at the forefront of video production trends and technologies
- A passion for creating high-quality content that drives impact
