Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Produce two videos per week
- Liaise with the team to address the previous videos' pros and cons
- Be active and online during working hours to address the CEO's updates and requirements
- Your editing is the core of the company's output, so absolute creative input is necessary
- Flexibility as the CEO can often change content mid-way through editing
Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in video editing and post-production
- Proficiency in various non-linear video editing tools and software, such as Edius, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.
- A deep understanding of digital trends and video editing principles
- Creative and innovative mindset
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English, as spelling and grammar are non-negotiable
- Must own a laptop, as one will not be provided
- Access to a reliable phone for potential WhatsApp communication and meetings with team members
- Candidates will undergo a one-month trial period to assess their skills
