- Meeting customers on a daily basis
- Meeting existing customers in order to identify prospects and present current product
- Provide professional presentations of company products and service while onsite
- Liaising between the company and the customers for up-to-date pricing, services and latest product release launches
- Identifying and qualifying prospect customers through research, networking and cold calling.
- Continuously updating all prospect on company product modifications, changes and enhancements.
- Enhancing up-to-date knowledge of new products and pricing
- Maintaining professionalism, diplomacy, sensitivity and tact to portray the company in a positive manner
- Preparing reports for sales and marketing and maintain accurate expenses accounts.
- Updating and maintaining customers account records, including contact names and number for further sales.
