Fleet Operations Officer (Intern)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the security of all DongMi’s motorcycles including but not limited to arranging tracking for all the motorcycle within the fleet, engraving all their parts, etc.
• Monitor and ensure the routine and need-based maintenance of the motorcycle in conjunction with the head rider and company’s technician.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of mechanics and auto repair shop.
• Always ensure that all the vehicles’ particulars (e.g., registration, insurance) are complete and with the riders always.
• Track and analyze the vehicles-wise cost of fueling, maintenance, and other recurring expenses pertaining to running of the fleet
• Supervise the maintenance of all company vehicles, including the branch offices and other centers.
• Pro-actively monitor the company’s fleet monitoring tracker for any inconsistencies with the vehicle’s movements outside the prohibited working hours.
• Send weekly report to Head of Operations on the health of the fleets and other related issues arising from the fleet monitoring system.
• Raise payment memos for services provided by external contractors.
• Ensure and implement fleet management.
• Come up with strategic ways to acquire new fleet to boost operations in a cost-effective way
• Any other duties as directed by the Head of operations. 

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of Diploma
• 1 year of working experience

Location: Lekki Lagos

• Candidate must reside on Lagos Island
