Company Description
Techware Academy is looking for a creative and experienced UI/UX Design Tutor to train and mentor students using a practical, project-based approach.
In this role, you’ll teach students how to design intuitive and visually appealing digital products while guiding them to build portfolio-ready projects using tools like Figma.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging UI/UX training sessions (beginner to intermediate)
- Teach design principles, user experience, and interface design
- Guide students in creating wireframes, prototypes, and real app designs
- Supervise hands-on projects and provide mentorship
- Support students in building strong portfolios
✅ Requirements
- Strong UI/UX or Product Design background
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience designing web/mobile applications
- Ability to teach concepts in a clear, beginner-friendly way
- Good communication and mentoring skills
⭐ Bonus
- Experience with user research, testing, or responsive design
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Previous teaching or mentoring experience
- Strong design portfolio
