Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Transport raw materials and finished goods to designated locations safely and efficiently.
- Conduct routine checks on trucks (fuel, oil, water, brakes, tires) before each trip.
- Ensure trucks are clean, roadworthy, and properly maintained.
- Adhere to traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery logs.
- Report mechanical issues promptly.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND in any relevant field.
- Valid driver’s license for heavy-duty trucks.
- Minimum of 4 years’ professional truck driving experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.
