Responsibilities:

Oversee daily terminal activities including dispatch, arrivals, loading, and offloading.
Ensure timely departure and arrival of vehicles according to schedule.
Monitor terminal flow to avoid congestion and delays.
Coordinate fleet utilization and route assignment
Supervise drivers, ticketing officers, customer service, and support staff.
Assign duties and ensure accountability for all terminal personnel.
Conduct performance monitoring and disciplinary actions when necessary.
Ensure prompt resolution of passenger or client complaints.
Maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction.
Implement customer feedback systems for continuous improvement.
Monitor ticket sales, freight charges, and other revenue streams.
Ensure accurate daily remittance and reconciliation of collections.
Prevent revenue leakages and enforce compliance with financial procedures
Enforce safety standards for passengers, staff, and cargo.
Ensure compliance with transport regulations and company policies.
Oversee incident reporting and emergency response procedures.
Work with the fleet manager to ensure vehicle availability and roadworthiness.
Monitor maintenance schedules and breakdown reports.
Ensure proper loading and vehicle capacity compliance.
Reporting & Administration
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Report performance metrics to head office management.
Maintain accurate terminal records and documentation.
