One of our clients in the Telecom industry is urgently recruiting for a transmission engineer. The ideal candidate will be a professional who designs, installs, and maintains transmission systems that deliver electrical power from power plants to substations and customers.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Developing and testing transmission systems according to specifications and standards
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to transmission equipment and components.
- Performing preventive maintenance and repairs on transmission systems
- Monitoring and optimizing the performance and efficiency of transmission systems.
- Collaborating with other engineers, technicians, contractors, and clients on project planning and execution
- Preparing reports, documentation, and proposals for transmission projects
- Any other ad-hoc request from the client as the need requires.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years’ experience in the field of electrical engineering or power systems.
- Knowledge of electrical principles, circuits, devices, and systems
- Proficiency in using design software such as AutoCAD, MATLAB, Simulink, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, codes, and regulations.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and quality.
