Ticketing Officer

Responsibilities:

• Process and issue tickets for air travel in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with customers to provide accurate travel information, including available options, pricing, and itineraries.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline schedules, fares, and promotional offerings to assist customers in making informed decisions.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to secure reservations and confirm travel arrangements.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Verify passenger information, travel documents, and payment details to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Stay informed about changes in travel regulations and industry trends to provide proactive assistance and advice to clients.
• Collaborate with other team members, including travel agents and customer service representatives, to deliver a seamless and exceptional customer experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience as a Ticketing Officer or similar role in the travel industry.
• Strong knowledge of reservation systems, ticketing procedures, and travel-related software.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
