Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide advice, conducting intermediary services between the client and the financial service provider company, and selling of some of the stocks to potential customers.
- The candidate must provide good customer service by maintaining the existing client base through active communication and marketing, social media.
- Provide good customer service to maintain and retain clients.
- Expand customer base, interview prospective clients to gather data about them.
- Analyze the client current portfolios and make recommendations.
- Assist clients during maturity claim process.
Requirements:
- Applicants should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree in any chosen field.
- At least 2 years of working experience
- Any experience gathered from any financial institution would be an advantage.
