In this role, the Technical Consultant will represent our U.S. sales team in technical interviews for remote software engineering roles — primarily targeting jobs listed on LinkedIn and Indeed.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Interviewing:
- You'll attend remote interviews with a U.S.-based sales rep. using your software expertise.
- This includes introductory calls, technical assessments, and cultural fit interviews.
- Join up to five interviews a day
- Be convincing, technical, and present well to win the job offer
- After winning, you help with handover/setup (if needed), but do not work on the job itself
We handle everything else:
- The company will create and manage a LinkedIn/Indeed profile for you
- Apply for jobs and schedule interviews on your behalf
- Handle the actual job/project after the offer is secured (you won’t do the real work)
Requirements:
- Strong English (C1 or C2 level) — must speak fluently and clearly
- Work U.S. hours (e.g., 9 AM – 5 PM EST or PST)
- 8+ years’ experience in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, SQL, Microservices architecture, Cloud (AWS or Azure) and Frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue)
- Confident in interviews — you must be skilled at explaining code, solving problems, and impressing recruiters
Compensation:
- Pro-rated for part-time
- USD 1,000 for Job Success Bonus
- Extra bonus after 5 days secured
Location: Remote (Must be able to work in the U.S. time zone hours)
Remuneration: USD 2,000 Monthly
