The Tech Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering technology projects from initiation to completion. The role involves managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and in line with business and technical requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage technology projects from initiation through completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate software developers, designers, engineers, IT specialists, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear communication among all stakeholders.
- Track project performance using relevant KPIs and project management tools.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and procurement requirements.
- Ensure technology solutions meet business requirements, quality standards, and user expectations.
- Coordinate testing, implementation, deployment, and project handover activities.
- Prepare project status reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Manage changes to project scope and ensure proper documentation and approval.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security requirements, and relevant technology standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and team efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven years of experience managing technology or IT projects.
- Strong understanding of software development and technology project life cycles.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or other project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong understanding of project budgeting, risk management, and resource planning.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or other relevant certification is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- High level of accountability, professionalism, and adaptability.
