Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage team members
- Lead and supervise the team to acquire new clients and retain existing clientele to the lending program of the Bank, in line with the Bank’s policies and procedures
- Credit Evaluation and assessment
- Processing for Authorization and or approval of facilities to creditworthy customers within specified limits
- Supervise and monitor loan repayments of all facilities granted through the team
- Supervise and actively engage in the recovery process where necessary
- Supervise and monitor the daily collections of team members
- Generate liability
- He/She will report directly to the Head of Marketing
Requirement:
- Academic qualification of either an OND or BSc
Remuneration: NGN 100,000-150,000
