Solar & CCTV Installer/Trainer

Responsibilities:

• Assemble solar modules, panels, or support structures, as specified.
• Install photovoltaic (PV) systems in accordance with codes and standards using drawings, schematics, and instructions.
• Training students on the courses we offer including but not limited toRenewable Energy Courses, Security Courses, Electrical courses, Management Courses, IT Courses, etc
• Determine materials, equipment, and installation sequences necessary to maximize installation efficiency.
• Design, specify, configure, and install analog and digital CCTV systems, Maintain and upgrade existing analog and digital CCTV systems as needed.
• Assist with the configuration, deployment, and support of network assets, including POS systems, sound, SFTV, etc.
• Designing, and conducting the installation of  electrical systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects,
• Troubleshoot cameras, DVRs, NVRs, computers, peripherals, and other hardware.
• Provide technical support to end users covering all software and hardware-related issues.
• Marketing our services to both companies and individuals in order to meet the company's monthly set target
• Generate leads and drive sales using digital, social media, and offline marketing methods.
• Identify and Research potential clients and develop and maintain client relationship
• Coordinates with the sales team to develop a mutually beneficial proposal
• Negotiate contracts terms with clients and communicate with management and stakeholders
• Monitor the project team to ensure contracts  are executed as agreed
• Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
• Perform support and logistics services as may be required
• Maintain inventory of the office for ensuring the availability of required items.
• Manage office facilities maintain office supplies and equipment; arrange for necessary repairs.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
• Write weekly reports, be present in every business meeting and prepare minutes of the meetings, Write monthly reports, and provide feedback to upper management
• Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the management of all arms of the organization 

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of an OND
• Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience
• Must possess a diploma/certificate in solar and CCTV installation.
