Social Media Personnel

Responsibilities:

• ​Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and execute a monthly content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
• ​Video Production: Script, film, and edit high-quality Reels and TikToks (this is a must-have skill in 2026).
• ​Community Management: Respond to DMs and comments promptly (within 1-2 hours during work hours) to maintain a high engagement rate and convert leads.
• ​Paid Advertising: Set up and monitor basic Meta/Instagram ad campaigns to boost reach and conversions.
• ​Analytics & Reporting: Track weekly and monthly performance metrics (Reach, Engagement, ROI) and adjust strategies based on data.
• ​Trend Jacking: Identify and leverage local Nigerian trends and "memes" in a way that aligns with the brand voice.
• ​Influencer Liaison: Identify and coordinate with micro-influencers for brand collaborations.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience managing social media for a brand or agency.
• ​Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CapCut/InShot (video editing), Canva (graphic design), and social media scheduling tools (e.g., Metricool, Later, or Buffer).
• ​Copywriting: Excellent command of English and the ability to write catchy, error-free captions in both formal and "Naija-cool" tones.
• ​AI Integration: Ability to use AI tools (like ChatGPT or Midjourney) to streamline content ideation and workflow.
• ​Proximity: Since the role is hybrid and based in Lekki, candidates living within the Lekki/Ajah/Island axis are preferred to ensure easy commute on office days.
