Service Advisor (Quality Control)

Responsibilities:

• Act as a Relationship officer with customers on behalf of the workshop receives vehicles and listens to customer complaints, liaise with the workshop and ensure the vehicle is returned with all customer complaints solved.
• Communicates with customers regarding pick-up and vehicle delivery.
• Ensures jobs are completed as quickly as possible professionally
• Quality checks all be vehicles to ensure they’re clean and in better shape than when received from the customers
• Give a daily report to management about vehicles' progress and delivery times

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of HND in Engineering 
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the automobile service industry 
• The ability to drive is an added advantage
• This position is open to preferable male candidates
• High English proficiency.
  

Renumeration: NGN 120,000 Monthly
