Job Summary

As a Senior Manager, Technology in our Organization, you will be a key leader responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of the client’s cybersecurity and network infrastructure and actively engaging in the sales process of our cyber technology solutions.

  • Minimum Qualification: MBA / MSc
  • Experience Level: Senior level
  • Experience Length: 10 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a holistic cybersecurity strategy – sales and process, addressing potential threats and vulnerabilities on the customer’s site.
  • Manage the customer's security infrastructure – systems, network, and application, including design, implementation, and monitoring of security technologies to promptly respond to and prevent malicious activities.
  • Direct the cyber incident response team, overseeing investigations, resolutions, and the maintenance of incident response plans to effectively address our client’s security breaches.
  • Create and implement cybersecurity training initiatives to cultivate a culture of security awareness among customers and employees, emphasizing best practices.
  • Ensure customer’s adherence to cybersecurity regulations and standards while conducting risk assessments and implementing risk-mitigation measures.
  • Lead the assessment and implementation of cutting-edge cybersecurity technologies, enhancing customer security through effective deployment and integration of solutions.
  • Supervise and guide a cybersecurity team, facilitating professional growth, performance evaluation, and effective functioning.


Requirements:

  • Senior Managers must have consistently managed an Annual financial portfolio minimum of  NGN 750,000,000 in the IT sector.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of proven work experience in cyber/network security, including a minimum of 10 years in a leadership or management role.
  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, practices, and frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of network security technologies, protocols, and architectures.
  • Experience with security incident response and handling various types of cyber incidents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of cybersecurity professionals.
