Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and performance-oriented mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and enhancements
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices and industry standards
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and share knowledge within the team
- Evaluate and implement new tools, frameworks, and libraries to improve the efficiency and performance of mobile applications
- Troubleshoot, debug and resolve issues in the production environment
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of mobile application development experience, with at least 3 years using Flutter and Dart.
- Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and best practices
- Experience working with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSocket communication
- Proficient in version control systems, such as Git
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Experience in other mobile app development frameworks (React Native, Xamarin, etc.) is an advantage
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is an advantage
- Active participation in the Flutter community, including contributions to open-source projects is an advantage
