Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering: Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Process Analysis: Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.
• Technical Liaison: Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
• Documentation: Create detailed documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Project Management: Assist in project planning, monitoring, and reporting to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Testing and Validation: Collaborate with QA teams to ensure that the developed solutions meet the business requirements and are free of defects.
• User Training: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Typically requires 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
