Our client in the educational sector is looking to hire a School Administrator to oversee the daily administrative operations of the school, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources, compliance with regulations, and support for educational staff and students.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Hiring, supervising, and evaluating teachers, administrative staff, and support personnel.
  • Providing professional development opportunities to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the school's staff.
  • Overseeing the development, evaluation, and implementation of the school curriculum to ensure alignment with educational standards and student needs.
  • Monitoring and assessing instructional practices to improve teaching and learning outcomes.
  • Creating and enforcing school policies related to student behavior, discipline, attendance, and well-being.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and addressing facility-related issues promptly.
  • Overseeing the maintenance, safety, and security of school facilities.
  • Managing crises or conflicts that arise within the school environment and implementing solutions to resolve issues effectively.
  • Communicating school goals, initiatives, and student progress to stakeholders and fostering community involvement in school activities.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in school administration or a similar role.
  • Experience in managing school operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
  • Experience in human resources management, including recruitment and professional development.
  • Knowledge of school management software and office equipment.
  • Understanding of educational regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with financial management and budgeting processes
