Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion: Convert digital inquiries (DMs, WhatsApp) into closed sales using emotional connection and brand education.
- Offline Sales: Represent the brand at trade fairs to close sales, engage customers, and collect visitor data.
- Distributor Management: Execute the final closing process for warm distributor leads within a 20-day limit.
- Accountability & Reporting: Maintain 100% compliance with daily lead tracking (Excel/CRM) and submit daily conversion reports.
- Follow-up: Maintain a strict daily follow-up cadence for all pending and event leads.
Requirements:
- BSc or HND in a related field (Marketing, Communications, etc.).
- 1–2+ years in direct, inside, or high-volume sales.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), high proficiency in Microsoft Excel (or CRM), and demonstrated ability to use emotional intelligence and sales psychology.
- Proven ability to achieve a minimum 35% conversion rate.
