The Marketing Officer plays a pivotal role in driving sales both online and offline. They are responsible for developing & executing marketing strategies to promote products & services, enhance brand visibility, & also ultimately increase revenue. This role requires a creative mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for interior design.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as social media, email, and online advertising to drive traffic and sales on our retail website.
- Manage the company website, increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Offline Marketing
- Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives, including local events, partnerships, and traditional advertising, to reach customers who prefer offline channels.
Content Creation
- Generate engaging content, including blog posts, videos, and graphics, to showcase our products/services and communicate their value to potential customers.
- Develop marketing collaterals, such as case studies, client testimonials, and project portfolio to showcase the firm’s capabilities and success stories.
Customer Engagement
- Manage customer relationships by responding to inquiries, addressing feedback/complaints, and maintaining a positive brand image across all touchpoints.
Data Analysis
- Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, gather insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies for better results.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Minimum of an OND
- Basic Computer Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
