We are looking for independent Sales Partners to generate and close business opportunities for Get a Shop Africa. This is a commission-only role, ideal for individuals with strong networks who can introduce businesses, demonstrate value, and close deals.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage businesses that need to sell online
- Leverage your network to generate qualified leads
- Educate prospects on the value of digital commerce
- Present Get a Shop Africa as a solution
- Drive conversations from interest to conversion
- Register and track leads through the provided process
- Collaborate with the internal team where necessary
- Close deals and onboard new merchants
What You Will Sell:
- No-code online store creation
- Customer mobile shopping apps (Android)
- Payment integrations
- POS systems for physical and online sales
- Order management, marketing tools, analytics, and more
Ideal Customers:
- SMEs and growing businesses
- WhatsApp / Instagram sellers
- Retail stores and boutiques
- Vendors without websites
- Businesses looking to scale digitally
What You Will NOT Do:
- Set or negotiate pricing independently
- Collect payments from clients
- Sign contracts on behalf of Get a Shop Africa
- Commit to technical delivery timelines
- Represent yourself as a full-time employee
Compensation:
This is a commission-only role with no base salary or benefits.
- 25% commission on every successful sale
- Commissions are paid after confirmed payment from the client
- No earning cap, your income is directly tied to your performance
Performance Expectations:
Within the first 30–60 days, Sales Partners are expected to:
- Close at least 3 paying clients, or
- Generate 3–5 qualified business leads
