Job Summary
Our growing company is seeking to hire a Sales Manager who will be responsible for generating sales in said new territory especially POM and open market. You will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation. You will also be tasked with sales and collection goals and have to achieve the said goals. You have to manage reports and daily submit them to the office.

Responsibilities:
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Setting individual sales targets and achieving and tracking the same.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of customers and plans to increase sales.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- Developing your distributers /hospitals through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
- Promoting the organization and products.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedication to providing great customer service.
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 and Above
