Marketer

Responsibilities:

• Sales Target Achievement: Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers through regular communication and excellent customer service.
• Product Demonstration and Features Awareness: Conduct product demonstrations to showcase key features and benefits to potential customers and address any questions or concerns they may have.
• Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities, understand customer needs and preferences, and stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies.
• Sales Activities and Product Promotion: Coordinate sales activities, including promotional events, product launches, and marketing campaigns, to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
• Market Feedback: Gather feedback from customers and market insights to inform product development, marketing initiatives, and sales strategies.
• Part-time marketers will be rewarded on a commission basis.
• High commission rate is offered for both full time and part-time.

Requirements:

• A demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with customers.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to understand and effectively communicate product features and benefits.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
