Retail Marketer
Job summary
The Retail Marketer is responsible for promoting the company’s products and brand within retail outlets to drive sales, increase customer engagement, and strengthen market presence through in-store and field marketing activities.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Promote and sell products directly to customers in retail locations.
- Develop and execute in-store marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and retail partners.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide accurate product information.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Ensure proper product display, branding, and merchandising standards.
- Track sales performance and prepare daily or weekly activity reports.
- Support sales teams in achieving targets and business growth.
- Minimum of SSCE / OND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in retail sales or marketing is an advantage.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Customer-focused and results-driven attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Good organizational and reporting skills.
- Physically fit and able to work in field and store environments.
