We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Collection and Data Entry Specialist to join our team for Project Waterbury. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct online research and data collection related to Project Waterbury.
- Verify and validate the accuracy of collected data.
- Enter collected data into our database systems with precision and consistency.
- Maintain and update databases regularly.
- Ensure data security and confidentiality.
- Generate reports and summaries based on collected data as needed.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to achieve project objectives.
- Attend virtual meetings and provide updates on data collection progress.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Proven experience in data collection and data entry.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data.
- Familiarity with Project Waterbury and related industry knowledge is a plus.
