Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Promote the bank’s products and services to meet customer financial needs.
- Identify and acquire new clients to grow the customer base.
- Provide professional advice on financial products, including savings, loans, investments, and digital banking solutions.
- Follow up on customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales and performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit periodic performance and activity reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years’ experience in banking, sales, or customer relationship management (an added advantage).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good marketing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other digital tools.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
