Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Daily routine checks of all common areas HVAC (Heat. Ventilation and Air & Cooling) related works.
- Maintain service records of all ACs & Refrigerators
- Carry out a monthly inventory of all R&A materials in store.
- Repair of any R&A-related faults
- Other duties assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of Secondary School Certificate
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a related field
- Proof of Trade Test Certificate
- Must be able to speak English and write well
- Must be able to prepare a report at the appropriate
period
