Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced refrigeration technician to join our installation and repair team. As a refrigeration technician, you will be responsible for processing and completing work orders, installing new refrigeration systems, troubleshooting mechanical failures, and performing equipment maintenance. You may also be required to advise on equipment upgrades and alternate cooling units.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Install, service, and repair commercial and residential refrigeration systems.
- Process and complete work orders efficiently and accurately.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical faults in refrigeration units.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on system components including compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion valves, fan motors, and other critical parts.
- Inspect and repair valves, pumps, connections, seals, gaskets, and bushings.
- Recommend upgrades, improvements, or alternative cooling solutions to clients when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in refrigeration system installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications or vocational training in refrigeration or HVAC is an added advantage.
