Real Estate Presenter
Job summary
The Presenter/Script Writer will work under the direction of the Head of Media to strengthen Tribitat’s brand voice across video, live events, and digital platforms.

Responsibilities:
Hosting & Brand Representation:
- Host corporate events, property launches, exhibitions, and brand activations.
- Serve as the on-camera presenter for Tribitat’s media productions and digital content.
- Conduct live interviews, panel discussions, and audience engagement sessions.
Scriptwriting & Content Creation:
- Write scripts for promotional videos, talk shows, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop engaging captions and storytelling content for social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the Media Team to ideate and produce multimedia content.
Talk Show & Media Engagement:
- Anchor the company’s talk show, Estate of Mind, delivering engaging real estate insights
- Translate property developments and investment opportunities into relatable content.
- Maintain consistency in Tribitat’s brand voice across all media channels.
Sales Collaboration:
- Support the Sales Team during exhibitions, roadshows, and property activations.
- Assist with storytelling and scripts for property presentations and sales campaigns.
- Provide feedback and insights on audience engagement and media reach.
Core Deliverables:
- Create 3–4 scripts weekly for videos, campaigns, or talk show segments.
- Deliver engaging social media content to increase visibility and inquiries.
- Maintain a consistent on-screen presence across Tribitat’s media platforms.
- Participate actively in sales-driven events to support lead generation and engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a presenter, host, media personality, or content creator
- Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and confident on-camera presence.
- Experience in property marketing, client engagement, or media production is an advantage.
- Ability to create content for multiple platforms, including live events, social media, and digital media.
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.

Remuneration: NGN 200,000 Net
