Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and material take-offs for interior projects.
- Evaluate drawings and specifications to determine accurate quantities and costs.
- Source materials, compare supplier quotations, and manage procurement budgets.
- Support project planning and monitor costs throughout project execution.
- Work with designers and site teams to ensure financial and material efficiency.
Requirements:
- HND or B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying, Building Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in interior design, renovation, or fit-out estimation.
- Proficient in MS Excel and cost-estimation software.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and documentation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and understanding of interior finishes and materials.
