Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers by answering questions and resolving issues related to our product.
- Conduct thorough testing of our product to ensure quality and functionality.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of one or more of the following tools: Puppeteer, Jest, Cypress.
- Utilize knowledge in programming and scripting to automate tests and improve product quality.
- Apply experience in front-end web development to support and enhance our product.
- Work closely with development and product teams to ensure seamless integration and high-quality releases.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in programming and Computer science.
- Previous experience in a similar technical support or QA automation role.
- Ability to quickly learn and deeply understand our product.
- Proficiency in general scripting and automation.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A passion for helping customers and improving their experience with our product.
- Proven experience in front-end web development.
- In-depth knowledge of at least one of the following tools: Puppeteer, Jest, Cypress.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service acumen.
- Expertise in testing tools and scripting.
