Property Intelligence Specialist

Responsibilities:

Property Research:

• Use online resources, databases, and maps to identify potential investment properties in target markets.
• Research property ownership information, tax records, and public data.

Data Collection:

• Collect and document property details, including property addresses, photos, contact information, and notes on property condition.

Quality Control:

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency in collected property information.

Mapping and Documentation:

• Create digital maps or spreadsheets to organize and categorize properties based on specified criteria.
• Document findings in a clear and organized manner.

Reporting:

• Provide regular reports on identified properties, including property details and their suitability for acquisition.

Communication:

• Communicate effectively with the acquisition team to share findings and discuss potential investment opportunities.

Requirements:

• Academic qualification of a high school diploma is required.
• A bachelor's degree or coursework in real estate or related fields is a plus
  
• Strong internet research and data collection skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in using digital mapping tools, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Familiarity with real estate terminology and concepts is a plus.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Reliable access to a computer, internet, and phone.
