Job Description/Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Building Technology other related fields
- Minimum 3 years (post-NYSC) work experience on Construction projects
- PMP certification is a plus
- Good project administration & management skills
- Read and interpret BOQs, drawings, etc
- In-depth knowledge of materials, building codes, and regulations
- Experience using software specific to the construction industry
- IT savvy
- Analytical skills
- Excellent communication (oral & written) and presentation skills
- Attention
to detail and organizational skills
