Oversee ongoing construction projects; working with and supervising contractors to develop a plan, create project time frames, and ensure timely completions. Duties also include supervising contractors Day-to-day, aligning projects with business goals, constructing detailed work plans, managing teams, achieving milestones, and communicating the result

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Building Technology other related fields
  • Minimum 3 years (post-NYSC) work experience on Construction projects
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • Good project administration & management skills
  • Read and interpret BOQs, drawings, etc
  • In-depth knowledge of materials, building codes, and regulations
  • Experience using software specific to the construction industry
  • IT savvy
  • Analytical skills
  • Excellent communication (oral & written) and presentation skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
