Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Creating and managing graphics for website updates and social media platforms.
- Ensuring consistency in branding and messaging across all digital channels.
- Engaging and analyzing performance metrics to optimize content.
- To assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, answering emails, and managing calendars.
- To maintain organized files and databases, both physical and digital.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and expense reporting as needed.
- To ensure accuracy and consistency in formatting and content.
- Collaboration with team members to gather information and data for documents.
- To provide support for various projects by assisting with research, coordination, and documentation.
- To perform other assigned tasks as required.
Requirements:
- BSc. in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field with experience in graphic design and social media management.
- Proficiency in social media management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
