Responsibilities:
- Lead innovative, functional, and sustainable designs from concept to completion.
- Manage projects, coordinate teams, and ensure quality and compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of post-graduation experience in architectural design and project management.
- Professional license/registration (e.g., ARCON, COREN, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, Lumion, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building systems, and regulatory standards.
- Excellent project management and coordination skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Creative problem-solving and decision-making skills.
