Production Operator (M/F/X)

Initially (daytime schedule) - Plant construction phase:
You will contribute to the testing and commissioning of the plant's various circuits, as and when the plant is built. You will be trained and familiarised with the operation of all the plant's circuits. You pay particular attention to ensuring that ENGIE's "safety" culture is adopted by all team members. Second phase (schedule with 3 shifts) - Plant production phase: You will be responsible for managing the plant and ensuring its smooth operation, in collaboration with a Production Manager. You detect technical malfunctions and take appropriate action in consultation with your Production Manager and the maintenance team. You make optimisation proposals You take part in making circuits safe before any maintenance work is carried out.

YOUR PROFILE as Production Operator (M/F/X)

You have a technical bachelor's degree or a technical A2 diploma and effective experience in this field. Working in "continuous service" mode is convenient for you, and you have the flexibility to provide replacements when needed. You are a team player and solution-oriented. You express yourself clearly in French (oral & written) and have a basic understanding of "technical" English.
