Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to develop product requirements and specifications.
• Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market needs, and business goals.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept through launch and beyond.
• Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to inform future iterations.
• Develop and maintain product documentation, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or a related role.
• Understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience with market research and competitive analysis.
• Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles and software development processes.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into product strategies.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
