Job Summary
We are looking to hire an experienced and reliable Plumbing Supervisor with strong expertise in residential plumbing systems to oversee plumbing works at project sites across Lagos.
- Minimum Qualification : HND
- Experience Level : Entry level

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all plumbing installations in residential buildings, including water supply lines, drainage systems, sanitary fittings, and fixtures.
- Read and interpret plumbing drawings and ensure accurate execution on-site.
- Allocate daily tasks to plumbers and monitor the quality of workmanship.
- Inspect completed installations to ensure compliance with specifications and plumbing codes.
- Identify and resolve on-site plumbing issues promptly.
- Ensure proper use of plumbing materials and adherence to safety procedures.
- Prepare and submit daily progress and activity reports.
- Collaborate with other site supervisors to meet project deadlines.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND, Trade Test, or Technical Certificate in Plumbing or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in residential plumbing projects.
- Excellent knowledge of residential plumbing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
- Ability to read and implement plumbing designs and layouts.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Must be based in Lagos or willing to work in Lagos.
