Responsibilities:
- Promote the company's products, services, and application features to current and prospective users.
- Make outbound phone calls to engage users, provide information, and encourage app usage.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication.
- Achieve daily activity and performance targets set by the company.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate user insights to the relevant teams.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and marketing activities.
- Perform other marketing and customer engagement duties as assigned to support business growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of an HND
- 1 year of previous experience in a similar role
