We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to provide administrative, organizational, and personal support to a senior executive. The successful candidate will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, and assist with day-to-day tasks to ensure the smooth running of the executive’s professional activities. Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the executive’s calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Screen phone calls, emails, and other communications.
  • Maintain organized records, files, and confidential information.
  • Assist with research and information gathering when required.
  • Coordinate with internal staff and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
  • Run occasional personal or administrative errands as required.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on tasks, deadlines, and commitments.
  • Provide general administrative support to improve productivity and efficiency.

Requirements:
  • HND or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in a similar Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience supporting senior executives or business leaders.
  • Familiarity with digital scheduling tools and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
