Job descriptions & requirements
- Manage the executive’s calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Screen phone calls, emails, and other communications.
- Maintain organized records, files, and confidential information.
- Assist with research and information gathering when required.
- Coordinate with internal staff and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
- Run occasional personal or administrative errands as required.
- Ensure timely follow-up on tasks, deadlines, and commitments.
- Provide general administrative support to improve productivity and efficiency.
- HND or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in a similar Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Experience supporting senior executives or business leaders.
- Familiarity with digital scheduling tools and virtual meeting platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
- Highly dependable and trustworthy
