Job Summary

A Principal partner of a well established Estate Surveyors and Valuers firm with head office at Lagos Island urgently requires the services of an experienced and very resourceful Personal Assistant.

  • Minimum Qualification:Degree
  • Experience Level:Mid level
  • Experience Length:3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars
  • Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
  • Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings.
  • Help with daily time management
  • Run errands as requested
  • Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
  • Coordinate office appointments and meetings.
  • Draft correspondence such as emails and  letters


Requirements:

  • Must be proactive.
  • Must possess organizational and time management skills.
  • Must possess managerial skill.
  • Must have good communication skills.
  • Must be able to multitask.
