We are looking to hire a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Assistant Intern. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources while providing administrative support to the Founder/CEO.

  • Experience Length : No Experience/Less than 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Provide support for special projects and events.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and ensure smooth operations. 
  • Assist in planning and coordinating events, including meetings. 
  • Handle incoming requests and queries appropriately 


Requirements:

  • 0-1 year experience as a Personal Assistant to a senior executive   
  • Proven work experience as a personal assistant 
  • Google Workspace and English proficiency 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
