We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant with a strong background in marketing to support our executive team and contribute to our marketing efforts.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage the executive’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the executive.
- Organize and maintain files and documents.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Travel Coordination:
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare travel expense reports.
Meeting Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared.
- Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items.
Marketing Support
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform marketing efforts.
- Create and manage content for social media platforms and company website.
- Assist with the preparation of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and presentations.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Event Planning
- Coordinate and organize company events, conferences, and workshops.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and guest invitations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
- A proactive and flexible approach to work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
- Experience in event planning and coordination.
