Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
- Support production by coordinating with vendors and tracking deliveries.
- Handle order fulfillment, packing, and logistics for retail and online sales.
- Document operations, deliveries, and supplier interactions.
- Assist in generating reports and supporting audits.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment on stock, production, and campaign needs for smooth business operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations support (preferably in fashion or retail).
- Working knowledge of inventory management systems, Google Sheets/Excel, and basic logistics tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive problem-solver.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Must be reliable, responsive, and team-oriented.
- Familiarity with fashion production cycles and product handling is a strong advantage.
