JOB DUTIES

  • Respond to inquiries regarding department services, policies, and procedures.
  • Schedule and coordinate the travel arrangements for staff using company vendors to find discounts whenever possible.
  • Create and process a variety of administrative records using internal and external databases.
  • Plan on- and off-site events and conferences including equipment and accommodation.
