Job Summary

FMR AGENCY- Future Moves Recruitment Agency Limited is seeking a diligent and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring efficient and smooth day-to-day operations of our office. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and keen attention to detail.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  •  Answer and direct phone calls, take messages and handle correspondence.
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers.

Office Management:

  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering supplies as necessary.
  • Ensure the office is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Manage office equipment and arrange for repairs when necessary.

Data Management:

  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data.
  • Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.

Financial Tasks:

  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.

Communication:

  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other staff.
  • Draft and send emails, letters, and other forms of correspondence.

Project Assistance:

  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Support team members in various projects and tasks as needed.


Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers and fax machines).


Location: Amuwo Odofin, Lagos state.

Salary: 100,000 gross 

Employment Type: Onsite
