Responsibilities:
- Develop a 360-degree content calendar aligned with business objectives across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- Produce multimedia assets—including short-form videos, infographics, and interactive polls—that simplify complex offerings like compliance SaaS tools or cooperative technologies into digestible formats.
- Pilot augmented reality (AR) filters to showcase construction projects virtually, enhancing stakeholder engagement through immersive previews.
- Cultivate online communities by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in brand-aligned tones, prioritizing sensitivity for sectors like healthcare-related tenders.
- Partner with micro-influencers in niche sectors (e.g., construction tech, fintech) to co-create authentic content, leveraging their credibility to expand reach.
- Monitor sentiment using tools like Sprinklr to mitigate reputational risks during crisis scenarios.
- Track KPIs including engagement rates, click-throughs, and conversion metrics across campaigns.
- Use A/B testing to refine ad creatives for tendering announcements versus SaaS product launches, ensuring sector-specific messaging resonates.
- Deliver biweekly reports synthesizing data trends to guide executive decisions on resource allocation.
- Work with project managers to source case studies from ongoing infrastructure developments, transforming them into success-story reels.
- Coordinate with SaaS developers to create tutorial videos for banking apps, optimizing content for platform-specific algorithms (e.g., TikTok’s educational content boost)3.

- Produce time-lapse videos of site progress, interview engineers on sustainability practices, and use LinkedIn articles to position Toplorgical as a leader in smart infrastructure.
- Host live Q&A sessions demonstrating AI tools’ ROI, publish client testimonial carousels, and design chatbot scripts to guide prospects from Instagram ads to demo sign-ups.
- Develop infographics breaking down tender requirements, share success stories of past government collaborations, and use Twitter Spaces to discuss regulatory updates.
- Create explainer animations on cooperative technologies, collaborate with finfluencers to demystify investment apps, and leverage WhatsApp status updates for real-time market insights.
Requirements:
