Network Administrator

• Design and implement secure network systems, including firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues
• Perform regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential security risks
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Configure and maintain network security technologies, such as intrusion detection and prevention systems, antivirus software, and security information and event management (SIEM) systems
• Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and trends and recommend appropriate countermeasures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of new network initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering or security analysis
  
• Knowledge of network protocols and architectures, including TCP/IP, VLANs, and routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP
  
• Familiarity with security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and SIEM
  
• Experience with vulnerability assessment and penetration testing tools
  
• Familiarity with regulatory standards such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and GDPR
  
• Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, or CISM are a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
